By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Users cannot copy, modify, or extract the app's source code. The app and all associated intellectual property remain owned by Fatih Yörük.

Fatih Yörük is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

Data and Security

The app stores personal data provided by users. Users bear responsibility for keeping their phone and app access secure.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Jailbreaking/rooting risks malware, compromises security features, and may prevent the app from functioning.

Third-Party Services

The app uses services with their own terms:

• Kingfisher (Image Loading)
• Amazon S3 AWS
• Lottie

Service Limitations

You should be aware that there are certain things that Fatih Yörük will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection.

The developer isn't responsible for functionality issues due to lack of Wi-Fi or data allowance.

Data Usage

Mobile network provider terms apply. Users may incur data charges while using the app.

Device Responsibility

Users must maintain adequate device battery. The developer cannot accept responsibility for service unavailability due to device power depletion.

Service Updates and Availability

Although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Fatih Yörük accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

The app currently functions on iOS. System requirements may change, requiring users to download updates. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.

Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Premium features include additional quizzes, artwork information, and enhanced functionality. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Quiz Content and Educational Use

The ArtHist app provides educational content related to art history. While we strive for accuracy, the educational content is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information.

The app serves educational and entertainment purposes.

Service Termination

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

Upon termination:

• Rights and licenses granted end
• Users must stop using the app and delete it from their device

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
